Glowing Skin Green Smoothie Recipe for Reducing Inflammation and Eczema

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup aloe juice
1/2 cucumber, chopped
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup pineapple chunks -( I like to use frozen to chill it down)
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
3 celery stalks, juiced (optional)
1 inch knob of ginger
Instructions:
Optional Step* For a smoother consistency, consider juicing the celery before adding it to the blender. This step removes some of the fibrous texture, resulting in a silkier smoothie.
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
